These few images are from our trip in 2022 to Normandy and the D-Day beaches, particularly the US Omaha Beach Cemetery and US Rangers Pointe du Hoc Memorial. 225 Rangers landed and were tasked to climb the cliffs under heavy German fire from above (70% casualty rate on day 1).
